About Redline

Redline Management Services works with general contractors across Western Canada — from $20M operations starting to feel the strain of growth, to $500M firms where complexity has outpaced the systems holding everything together.

We don't hand you a report. We embed in your business, build the operating infrastructure, and drive the performance change from the inside — across finance, operations, technology, and people. The work gets done. The results show up in your numbers.

Our focus is the gap that growth exposes: revenue climbing, margins not following, technology investments underdelivering, and teams stretched beyond the systems supporting them. We close that gap by integrating process, people, and technology into a single operating model — including AI adoption that actually sticks.

If you're a GC scaling through complexity and need more than advice, this is what we built Redline to do — and why we built the Productivity2X framework to do it.

Juanita Thompson

Principal

With more than two decades of senior financial and accounting experience, Juanita has guided contractors, specialty trades, manufacturers, energy services firms, and other project-based businesses through the financial and operational complexity that comes with growth.

She leads Redline's financial and systems integration practice, working directly with ownership and leadership teams to strengthen accounting functions, modernize reporting, and build the financial infrastructure that supports confident decision-making. Her authority comes from years spent inside these organizations — understanding how contractors actually operate, where financial systems break down under growth, and what it takes to fix them at the root.

A Sage 100 Contractor Certified Consultant, Juanita has led software implementations, system migrations, and user training initiatives across dozens of engagements. That experience taught her that successful systems work is really about people: helping business owners, accounting teams, and project managers adopt new tools and processes without losing momentum on their day-to-day work.

She's known across the industry for her command of software migrations, process improvement, and change management — bridging the gap between technology, accounting, and operations, aligning systems with the way a business actually runs, and ensuring organizations get the full return on their technology investment.

Her ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight has made her a trusted advisor to organizations seeking stronger financial leadership, sharper operational efficiency, and better business outcomes.
